Preparation Prior to Service
Remove all items from the floor in all rooms, including closets. This includes shoes, toys, clothing, and other clutter. Place items on shelves, beds, or other elevated surfaces.
Move all easily movable furniture at least 18 inches (45 cm) away from the walls. Leave heavy furniture in place, but clear the area around and under it as much as possible.
Vacuum all carpeted areas, paying special attention to baseboards, corners, and under furniture. Dispose of the vacuum bag or empty the canister immediately after vacuuming.
DE-CLUTTER & SEAL
Reduce clutter in storage areas such as basements, attics,
and garages. This includes boxes, papers, and other
potential hiding spots for centipedes.
Check for and seal any cracks or crevices in walls, floors,
and around windows and doors.
Pull out and clean under kitchen appliances such as the refrigerator and stove. Ensure all food items are stored in sealed containers. Remove any exposed food items from countertops.
Remove all items from bathroom cabinets and sink vanity drawers. Ensure the bathroom floor is clear of items, including rugs and bath mats.
Remove items stored under beds and vacuum the area thoroughly. Clear closet floors and shelves. Clothing on hangers can remain, but shoes and other items should be removed.
Move furniture away from walls and clean behind and under it. Cover fish tanks with a towel or sheet and turn off air pumps during treatment.
Remove leaves, grass clippings, and other debris from around the perimeter of your home. Trim back bushes, shrubs, and other vegetation that is in contact with or close to your home's exterior walls. Move all planters, patio furniture, etc., 18’’ (45 cm) away from the walls.

Important Steps Following Treatment
Residents and pets should stay out of the treatment area for at least 4-hours after the treatment.
Wipe down all food contact surfaces with warm, soapy water. Avoid using wet wipes on treated areas.
Maintain cleanliness, store food properly, and continue to seal cracks and entry points to prevent reinfestation.
Do not use other pest control chemicals (powders or sprays) or cleaning products anywhere near spray treatment, as this will decrease or eliminate their effectiveness.
Once you return to the treated site, open windows for at least 15-minutes to ensure proper ventilation.
Reduce humidity levels in the home
People with respiratory challenges (i.e., Allergies, Asthma, Heart Conditions, Pregnant Women, Infants Under 1YR) should stay out of the treatment area for at least 24-hours after the treatment.
